Andrew Marchant

Andrew has helped many companies in a wide variety of sectors to fulfil their plans and create significant value for shareholders and wider stakeholders.

Andrew’s experience is derived from a successful 40-year career in private equity including director and partner roles at Cinven and Permira where he led deals and oversaw the monitoring of his portfolio companies most frequently serving as a board member. He has also been actively involved with investor relations.

More recently, he has held numerous roles such as non-executive chairman, director, mentor or advised as a consultant helping to solve particular problems both in the private equity sector and elsewhere.

He became a partner of Animos in 2007. Andrew specialises in providing strategic and financial guidance including M & A, mentoring CEOs and non-executive appointments.
