Robert Scott Moncrieff

Robert Scott Moncrieff is a qualified LLB from Edinburgh University. He managed his own direct marketing agency in the 1980s and subsequently co-founded a publishing business in the 1990s which was successfully sold to management in 2006.

In parallel, he worked at a senior level in UK, European and global sales and marketing for technology and BPO businesses. Until 2007 he was executive vice president sales and marketing at SITEL corporation, the global BPO leader.

The newest recruit to Animos, he joined the partnership in 2010 and works in international consultancy assignments across large scale BPO, customer relationship management, sales, marketing, service and development.

Robert specialises in BPO agency search & selection, executive search, BPO consultancy and development strategies for the UK and International BPO sector.
