Glenn HurleyGlenn Hurley has worked at a senior executive level in marketing services for the last 25 years, mainly in sales and marketing and business development roles including senior VP of global marketing and president of Asia Pacific for the then world's largest call centre outsourcing company, SITEL. Previous roles included sales and marketing director of Decisions and in international business development. During his time with Mitre, Glenn won and handled the world’s then largest outsourcing deal with Microsoft Network (MSN) running operations out of the UK and Brussels in 27 different languages and leading their business growth into Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. In 1996 Mitre was bought by SITEL, with Glenn becoming President of SITEL Asia Pacific. During the first two years the region grew to a turnover of $20 million with operations in the Far East and Australasia. In 2000 Glenn, with an ex SITEL colleague, helped launch Port@l, a visionary new concept of hosting contact centres.
